Attorneys Fees

Your first consultation with our law firm, either by phone or in person, is free of charge. Most often we can give you suggestions to solve your legal problem without having to retain us or pay any legal fee. If you must retain our law firm, you can do so on a contingency fee basis, which means you incur no attorney’s fee or costs unless we successfully recover money for you.

Our firm strongly agrees with the philosophy stated by our Pennsylvania Supreme Court that the contingent fee system is the key to an individual’s ability to “get to the courthouse” and have his / her case tried in front of a jury without paying any money "out-of-pocket".

If you decide to retain our law firm you will:

  • Have your phone calls returned promptly.
  • Receive periodic updates regarding the status of your case.
  • Have convenient access to Mr. De Simone and other firm staff, including evening, weekend, home and hospital appointments upon request.

Our firm’s focus is on satisfying our client’s needs, not on making an extra dollar at the expense of a lifetime relationship with our valued client. We always strive to anticipate your concerns and address them to your satisfaction. In order to encourage clients and potential clients to use the firm’s web site, the firm will discount its standard contingency fee by 5% for anyone who makes first contact with the firm through it’s web site. Please feel free to fill out the contact page on our web site in order to take advantage of this discount.
